Owen Mayall
and Deborah Hill.

All three senior consultants have extensive experience in management and implementing customer value projects in a number of industries.

Rodger Gallagher has presented papers and run workshops in Australia, Hong Kong, Italy, Korea, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, UK and USA. He is also the author of the book, Customer Value Management: The CVA 2000 Collection, and of the corporate implementation guide, Focusing on Customer Value Added.

Owen is the principal of Link Research Limited which specialises in market research, analysis and modelling. Over the last twenty years Owen has held management positions in both the agriculture industry and the telecommunications industry.

Deborah Hill experience has included extensive qualitative research of customers, suppliers, managers, and subject matter experts where she is able to reveal the often unspoken customer needs and wants, that are the true drivers of purchasing. She has undertaken this work to identify, and prioritise the customer purchase criteria for customer value research.

One of the most successful consumer implementations has been with Vodafone New Zealand. (click here to view case study) CVA’s management science techniques were a major factor in providing the information that helped Vodafone grow its win rate market share from 25% to 55% over a 3 year period and at the same time lifting profitability.
